Check Out Aaron Sorkin’s ‘A Few Good Men’ This Weekend At The Irving Arts Center!
Hi, Bryan Here….
If you have some free time this weekend, be sure to check out Aaron Sorkin’s ‘A Few Good Men’ at the Irving Arts Center. Two Marines are on trial for the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay. The Navy lawyer, an inexperienced young man more interested in softball games than the case, expects a plea bargain and a cover up of what really happened. Prodded by a female member of his defense team, the lawyer eventually makes a valiant effort to defend his clients and find the truth. Are they guilty or were they acting on orders from above? With crackling suspense and wit, this gripping story was a Broadway Hit and became an Oscar-nominated film.
